The Actuarial Department is seeking an Assistant Actuary to support the Corporate Actuarial team. Responsibilities will principally focus on transformation and modernization, rate monitoring, and financial planning. Many tasks will be performed on a recurring basis, either monthly, quarterly or annually, and often require tight completion timelines. Other tasks will require research and development and may have project timelines that span months. There will also be ad hoc requests by management that are of an immediate nature. At any time, multiple projects may be ongoing, so the ability to shift focus quickly from one project to another is necessary. The position will be based in Philadelphia, PA and will report to the Corporate Actuarial lead. Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
