The Virginia State Police (VSP) is seeking to hire an Assistant Accreditation Manager in our Professional Standards Division in Chesterfield, Virginia. The job duties for this position include but are not limited to: • Supporting the Department’s accreditation program by ensuring ongoing compliance with standards established by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA), Inc. • Assisting in analyzing organizational practices and interpreting existing policies such as reviewing policy intent, determining how policies apply to CALEA standards, and identifying inconsistencies between policy and practice to ensure alignment with accreditation requirements.
