About The Position

Provide exceptional customer service and support all aspects of our client's personal insurance needs in a professional manner. Assist in the production of new high net worth accounts and the retention of renewing accounts. Perform annual reviews with clients providing stewardship reports, schedules, and proposals for insurance. Handle account maintenance, endorsements, invoicing, file setup and maintenance, premium finance arrangements, and internal and carrier-related accounting issues. Communicate effectively with clients and carriers, reviewing policy and premium agreements, and processing policy transactions throughout the year. Issue binders, certificates of insurance, automobile ID cards, and other requested documents. Manages, organizes, and conducts client meetings, virtually or in person when necessary. Initiate applications/submissions, gather loss and exposure histories, and compile marketing documentation for account execs and clients. Review and verify ratings, premium and tax calculations, and premium-bearing endorsements. Demonstrate proficiency in coverage forms, Acord forms, rating plans, risk finance/deductible program mechanics, and engage with underwriters on various matters. Provide analytical support to clients in resolving routine problems. Acts independently with minimal supervision. Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Appropriate insurance licenses in each state where business is being solicited.
