About The Position

As an Assistant Account Manager in Parking Operations, you will supervise and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants, and maintenance personnel on a daily basis. You will handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues, acting as a liaison between customers, staff, and management. Your role will involve making meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employee productivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination. You will assist in training cashiers, valets, and shuttle drivers to ensure they meet job expectations and provide continuous customer service training for all Propark employees at your assigned location. Additionally, you will assist in shuttle fleet upkeep, preventative maintenance, and repairs, as well as administrative duties alongside the office manager. Monitoring safety and cleanliness of the parking garage and facility will be part of your responsibilities, along with acting as the point of contact for damage claims and ensuring each incident is dealt with completely. You will process cash receipts, compile bank deposits for bookkeeper revenue reports, and ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures. You may also be asked to fill in for frontline associates during their absences or for the Account Manager in their absence or on second shift/weekends. Preparing reports, surveys, and conducting special projects as needed will also be part of your role.

Responsibilities
