About The Position
Our national multi-family management company seeks an experienced Assistant Service Manager with a 'Whatever it Takes' attitude to be responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, and apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. The ideal candidate must also be able to handle groundskeeping and pool duties as needed.
