Nice To Haves

• Audit/Control experience, preferably in public accounting or internal audit in the financial services industry
• Understanding of the trading business and/or mutual funds business
• General understanding of Alternative Investment vehicles

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Risk Management team to complete risk review and analysis, and uplift new requirements
• Facilitate review of Asset Management Public-Operations Policies and Procedures
• Analyze key control indicators
• Perform or assist in periodic audits and risk-based reviews to evaluate effectiveness of internal controls
• Communicate status and results of initiatives to management in clear and concise written and verbal manner
• Coordinate best practices with offshore offices (London, Japan)
• Management reporting of controls, exceptions, and issues
• Develop and implement monitoring activities for high risk processes
• Perform various tasks related to regulatory filings
• Drive initiatives by identifying key stakeholders and building consensus within group to achieve strategic solutions.
