Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, sales operations, business analytics, or a related field
  • Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales enablement tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data (e.g., dashboards, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau or Looker)
  • Experience in agile product management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with automation tools, integrations, or workflow automation
  • Passion for leveraging technology to drive sales team success

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and optimization of our platforms (e.g., Salesforce, lead management, sales intelligence, and engagement tools)
  • Work with various stakeholders and platforms to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and work cross-functionally to implement improvements that enhance productivity
  • Assist in defining and executing the roadmap for sales enablement tools, balancing innovation with regulatory/compliance requirements
  • Support questions on data or sales processes, create documentation and support change management efforts
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to our sales tech stack
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from sales, leadership, and other go-to-market teams to enhance tool functionality and usability
