About The Position

In the role of Hiring Strategy Specialist within the Marcus Deposits Hiring Strategy team at Goldman Sachs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the high-volume recruitment efforts for the Delivery team. This customer-focused contact center is essential to the business, and ensuring that it is adequately staffed is critical for supporting the growth and operational efficiency of the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring teams and recruiters across various regions, including India, the UK, and the US, to ensure that hiring goals are met in a timely manner. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of the recruitment process and the overall success of the business unit. Your responsibilities will include maintaining system updates and data entry to ensure that all recruitment information aligns with business requirements. You will be tasked with tracking open roles and the status of candidates, identifying any bottlenecks or roadblocks that may hinder the recruitment process. Ensuring data quality is also a key aspect of your role, as you will need to verify that recruitment data is accurately aligned with the appropriate levels, locations, and departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating any concerns regarding roles that are falling behind in the hiring process to the relevant stakeholders, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment strategy and a keen eye for detail, as you will be managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Your ability to navigate complex data sets and maintain clear communication with various teams will be essential in driving the success of the hiring strategy for the Marcus Deposits team.
