The Client Experience Analyst role at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) focuses on supporting the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) client base by developing customized multi-asset class investment solutions. This position is integral to maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring exceptional client experiences through collaboration with various teams within GSAM.

  • Support the OCIO client base by developing customized investment solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) team to create tailored portfolios.
  • Work with the External Investing Group (XIG) to oversee due diligence and selection of external investment managers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Communicate key themes from the firm's investment professionals to clients.
  • 0.5+ years of work experience at an asset management firm or financial services organization.
  • Knowledge of and passion for the asset management business and capital markets.
  • Direct client experience.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Undergraduate degree in business or finance related studies, preferred.
  • Series 7, 63 and 3 required, or to be obtained within 3 months of joining.
  • MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000.
  • Discretionary bonus eligibility based on fiscal year-end performance.
