About The Position
The Asset Strategy Leader (ASL) is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a pharmaceutical asset from discovery to commercialization. This role involves leading an Asset Strategy Team (AST) and ensuring alignment across various functional teams to deliver the asset effectively. The ASL serves as the primary contact for governance bodies and senior management, articulating and gaining endorsement for integrated cross-functional strategies. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex situations while maintaining a focus on optimizing asset value.
