About The Position

Impact XM is seeking a detail-oriented Asset Technician to manage, maintain, and prepare client and rental assets in support of global operations. The ideal candidate ensures all assets are organized, tour-ready, and accurately pulled according to client specifications and project schedules. This role requires hands-on warehouse experience, forklift operation, and the ability to read CAD drawings and production documentation.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6–12 months related experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, work orders, and project documentation.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competence in basic math for measurements and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts efficiently to pull, restock, and manage client and rental assets.
  • Maintain assets in ready-to-ship condition, completing all required inspections (RIs).
  • Assist in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, offloading, logistics, AV, staging, and express orders.
  • Read CAD drawings and project plans to identify necessary assets, including hybrid booth components.
  • Monitor and report any asset damage or refurbishment needs.
  • Work independently to meet production schedules set by the Operations Coordinator.
  • Maintain an organized, tour-ready warehouse environment.
  • Verify pull lists with the staging supervisor upon completion.
