About The Position

We're seeking someone to join our team as an Asset Servicing Associate in WM Operations to serve as a subject matter expert in regards to Corporate Actions for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and to provide exceptional service for Morgan Stanley Advisors, their Support staff, and other Operational counterparts. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. The ability to ensure timeliness and quality of corporation action announcements; generating appropriate bookkeeping entries for entitled holders, reconciliation and resolution of residual differences. Salary range for the position: $51,000.00 - $82,500.00/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
