About The Position

Provide backup coverage for team members and assist team members during high volume periods. Ensure that any team-specific procedures conform and are shared with other teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years business related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Access a plus)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, attention to detail, time management and problem solving
• Candidates must be able to perform their duties in a dynamic, fast paced work setting
• Ability to work on some US Holidays and work overtime during seasonal or volume spikes
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
