Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 10 years to 15 years).

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Group Leader in the refinement and enhancement of the US Central Asset Transition Market Strategy as it relates to Asset Retirement.
  • Assist in the successful development of new clients for GHD in the Properties and Buildings Market.
  • Assist with the development of an opportunity pipeline in potential Asset Transition projects.
  • Build and manage a strong and balanced Asset Transition team to align with the US Central Asset Transition Strategy to support the workload as it grows over time.
  • Achieve positive client and colleague feedback on collaboration and 'One GHD' activities.
  • Plan and manage the delivery of projects within an area of professional expertise, using an appropriate project management methodology.
  • Lead large project teams or multiple small- to medium-sized teams; define the project vision, communicate necessary outcomes, and provide guidance.
  • Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project.
  • Deliver baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits.
  • Drive a culture of innovation by creating multistakeholder solutions that boost creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan and lead the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities.
