About The Position

The Facilities Protection Supervisor will provide multi-disciplined leadership in support of the Facilities & Asset Protection (F&AP) organization in Littleton, CO. Responsibilities include: - Manage deployed resources in the following disciplines: Visitor & Access Control, Technical Security System oversight, regional Crisis Management, Executive Protection, and Workplace Violence Prevention support, Fire Compliance, Lock & Key services, Emergency Medical Response (EMS), and day-to-day operations oversight of proprietary and contract security personnel. - Collaborate with local and enterprise leadership on policy, procedure, and matters of daily operational needs and best practices. - Interface with various levels of internal and external customers and liaison with local Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS personnel. - Provide individual and group briefings and training on a variety of security matters. - Work closely with enterprise F&AP leaders on general issues and security concerns. This is an armed position, so the candidate must be able to meet local, state, and company requirements associated with the carrying of a firearm. Employment is contingent upon receiving a positive recommendation through a psychological screening. You must be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance, thus U.S. Citizenship is required. Requirements

  • Prior leadership or lead experience.
  • Understanding of security and/or law enforcement principles regarding protection of personnel and property.
  • Familiarity with roles and responsibilities of Physical & Technical Security, Force Protection, Crisis Management, Executive Protection, Access Control and Incident Management & Report Writing.
  • Valid Driver's License and the ability to operate company-owned vehicles.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Active clearance.
  • Former military, law enforcement, or private sector leadership experience.
  • Prior Workplace Violence Prevention and Response training, HR or Medical training.
  • Experience working with government and military personnel and implementing program security requirements.
  • DoD and/or Intelligence Community experience and familiarization with auditing agency inspections and implications.
  • Knowledgeable of Special Access Program (SAP) security.
  • Valid Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW).
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and function within team environments.
