About The Position
As an Asset Protection Supervisor at Meijer, you will lead a dedicated team in safeguarding our stores and ensuring a culture of accountability. You will collaborate with the Market Asset Protection Manager and Store Leadership to support a culture of shrink prevention through operational excellence, theft controls, and people development, along with a culture of safety with 200% accountability. Your role will involve overseeing and ensuring the effectiveness of Asset Protection shrink prevention initiatives, company directives, and safety efforts to maintain an open environment of integrity and excellence.
