About The Position

As the Asset Protection Specialist, your primary focus is on preventing loss and controlling shrink within the store. This involves actively monitoring various areas for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities. You will utilize video surveillance and other systems to identify potential concerns and, when necessary, apprehend individuals in strict accordance with company policy, local, and state laws, always prioritizing safety. The role is crucial in ensuring a safe and secure environment for all customers, associates, and business partners.

Requirements

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other relative experiences
• You take pride in the work you do, whether big or small
• You put the safety and welfare of yourself and others as a priority
• Working in varying environments doesn’t faze you – whether in store or the outside perimeter
• You approach challenges in a positive, kind manner
