About The Position
As an Asset Protection & Safety Manager, you will oversee and coordinate programs and processes to minimize loss while maintaining a safe working and shopping environment. This role involves monitoring and solving for criminal activities, coaching and training associates, and overseeing inventory levels to help with shrink and shortages. You will also be responsible for championing initiatives and establishing processes and controls that improve safety/hazmat, shrink, and security outcomes. The position requires responding to violent altercations to ensure the safety of customers and staff, and you will be seen as an expert on safety reports, guidelines, and regulations.
