YOU WILL BE: The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for mitigating risks and driving shortage reduction strategies in the Distribution Center. This involves leading asset protection efforts, executing investigative actions, and ensuring compliance with inventory control processes. The role requires a strong leader who can effectively collaborate with corporate teams, site leadership, and law enforcement. The manager is tasked with developing and guiding their team while ensuring operational success and adherence to company values.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in asset protection / loss prevention or related fields, with a track record of managing a high-performing team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive, action-oriented decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Extensive knowledge of inventory management, shortage reduction strategies, and investigative processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance of Asset Protection Investigators (API’s), driving them to meet key performance objectives.
• Implement and continuously assess shortage reduction strategies in the Distribution Center.
• Collaborate with corporate and site leadership to ensure successful execution of inventory planning and reconciliation processes.
• Lead comprehensive investigations into internal and external theft and fraud to mitigate financial risk.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent for the Asset Protection team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Provide ongoing training to site leadership and associates on asset protection programs and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and corporate partners to enhance investigative outcomes.
