About The Position

This position is accountable for managing a profile of Asset Protection for Manufacturing and Processing customers in order to maintain and increase sales/growth and market share for the P&M Division. Position will serve as the single point of contact and will manage Asset Protection Manager/Manufacturing & Processing -based customer relationships, coordinate pricing across geography/span of control. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to make major inroads to specific Asset Protection Manager/Manufacturing & Processing -based related customers and provide for Protective and Marine Coating needs in all of those various facilities/locations. This position will work with specified sale representative teams within stated geography to ensure that specific Asset Protection Manager/Manufacturing & Processing locations receive the same level of service program offerings. The Asset Protection Manager/ Manufacturing & Processing Representative must be able to effectively utilize resources, marketing technical, and work with decision making facility individuals to meet customer expectations and achieve long-term sales/market growth. This person will also work with Product Marketing to create awareness of new products to serve customer needs. Will manage a territory that will vary based on Sales Manager input and aligned with current Manufacturing & Processing Reps within that region.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with all levels of the P&M Sales Organization
  • Ability to work with PSG National Accounts
  • 3+ years of business to business sales required
