About The Position

We are seeking an Asset Protection Associate responsible for ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for customers, maintaining a safe workplace for associates, and protecting company assets to support the continued success and profitability of the store.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in retail operations, customer service, or loss prevention/asset protection
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce detailed, accurate reports
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all investigation-related matters
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents involving the loss of assets, including merchandise, cash, and property
• Prevent loss and minimize shrink through active monitoring, surveillance, and other loss prevention strategies
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for assigned store locations
• Monitor and execute shrink reduction initiatives and programs
