About The Position

The position involves supporting Shrinkage and Safety Awareness programs by aiding Store Management in communicating current shrinkage and safety topics. Responsibilities include conducting surveillance to observe customer and contractor activities, collecting investigative intelligence related to Organized Retail Crime (ORC) activity and fraud, and reporting infractions of company policy. The role also requires detaining and interviewing suspects in accordance with local laws and company policy, maintaining records of incidents, and participating in court hearings. Additionally, the position supports safety programs by identifying potential hazards and conducting incident investigations. Internal investigations are also part of the responsibilities, where evidence is collected as directed by AP management. All tasks must be performed in accordance with company policies and procedures to drive sales and profit.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of company policy and procedures relating to loss prevention.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities
