Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in accounting; Masters degree in business, finance or accounting preferred
• Minimum of 3 years commercial real estate accounting, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point; Experience with commercial real estate software packages and SAP a plus
• Possess a strong quality orientation and organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Possess the ability to adapt in a dynamic organization
• Ability to perform effectively both remotely and in-person at our Malvern, PA location

Responsibilities

• Review and approval of purchase orders, invoices as well as invoicing, payment and receivables management
• Preparation, review and submission of annual budgets and forecasts in cooperation with related departments and business lines
• Support of the commercial real estate team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Support for accounting (ongoing booking of business transactions, accruals and provisions, asset accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable, etc.)
• Preparation of operating cost statements for internal tenants
• Ad hoc finance tasks as necessary
