October Three, an entrepreneurial, team-oriented financial services company on a mission to improve the way people retire, is recruiting for an Asset Processing Analyst; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search. In this role, you will review and analyze third-party asset information, updating October Three’s daily value market-based cash balance plans accordingly. You’ll also collaborate and support the administration of these cash balance plans. The daily valuation of these plans is key to the company’s future growth, and your work will directly support their pioneering mission. You’ll also be instrumental in testing new technology, automation, and functionality as the daily valuation processing platforms evolve. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Irving, TX. The chosen candidate will work a hybrid schedule after an initial training period.

Requirements

• Relevant prior work experience, internship, or coursework in retirement, financial services, insurance, or related industry
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including complex functions (e.g., VLOOKUPs)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A passion for quality with experience ensuring high accuracy and minimal errors
• Demonstrated analytical skills; able to properly identify, research, and document issues
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or similar related field; equivalent experience also acceptable

Nice To Haves

• Ability to perform complex Excel macros
• SQL skills
• Certifications in project management, retirement, or finance
