The Asset Performance Management (APM) role involves coordinating, assessing, and optimizing resources throughout project life cycles for the main generation facility and remote substations, including Small Hydro Facilities in central New York. Responsibilities include gathering field data and inputting it into the Maximo EAM system, improving asset attribute data by addressing discrepancies identified by various tools, and integrating asset information into the Maximo EAM system while ensuring data quality and security. The role also supports the Asset Performance Program by assisting with asset onboarding, preventative maintenance strategy, and job plan creation. Additional duties include coordinating responses to data requests, resolving process issues, providing Maximo mobile support, preparing various documents, supporting special projects, assisting with internal audits, and analyzing business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Our paid 10-week Summer Developmental Internship program runs from June 2 - August 7, 2026.
