About The Position

The Asset Manager role involves setting and defining a comprehensive Asset Management Strategy with the customer, including establishing goals, objectives, KPIs, and metrics. The position requires recommending and supporting the development and maintenance of approved policies and procedures for effective asset lifecycle management of IT assets. The Asset Manager will implement IT cross-team integrations with IT Service Management processes, such as Configuration Management, Incident, Change, and Problem Management. The role drives ROI and efficiency strategy through effective analytics and reporting, acquisition strategy and licensing, and process discipline. Compliance with security policies and standards for IT assets is essential. The Asset Manager will oversee the shipping and disposal processes, physical and virtual audits, and ensure IT Asset Management deliverables are met according to the contract.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with government asset management.
  • Experience with data entry and analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with asset management, or 12+ years of experience with asset management in lieu of a degree.
