About The Position

Amynta Group is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Management Specialist with proven expertise in imaging, configuration management, and end-to-end asset lifecycle tracking. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of end-user computing hardware and software across all business units, ensuring all assets are accurately inventoried, imaged, and deployed in accordance with corporate standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization’s enterprise initiatives and driving the successful implementation of ServiceNow Asset Management processes. The candidate will possess a strong combination of technical proficiency, process expertise, methodical attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to lead and drive operational excellence within a complex, fast-paced enterprise.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in IT Asset Management or End-User Computing.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with end user computing imaging and deployment (Windows 10/11).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Intune, PDQ Deploy, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Asset & Configuration Management principles.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Security+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-100/101).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets — from procurement, imaging, deployment, and reassignment to recovery and retirement.
  • Maintain accurate IT Asset records and data accuracy in ServiceNow CMDB, reconciling with Intune, Active Directory, and vendor records.
  • Execute imaging operations using industry standard tools such as Intune, PDQ Deploy, and the Amynta Windows 11 build process.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure on-time new hire and replacement deliveries.
  • Enforce Amynta’s chain-of-custody, return, and data destruction procedures.
  • Partner with HR, Facilities, and Technology Operating Office on compliance, tracking, and cost allocations.
  • Provide monthly reporting including inventory accuracy, SLA performance, and refresh forecasting.
  • Continuously improve and update standard operating procedures and documentation for imaging, asset management workflows, and returns.
