About The Position

Summary: The Asset Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end landlord relationship management and ground lease administration for designated sites, including private, aggregator‑controlled locations and, and Municipal government landlords. This role serves as a primary execution arm of the Asset Management function and carries direct ownership of assigned tasks and outcomes, operating with minimal supervision. The Asset Manager is an experienced telecommunications professional who independently manages priorities, drives tasks to completion, and ensures continuity of operations through landlord engagement, timely document execution, and delivery of all lease and property management obligations within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.

Requirements

  • Minimum four-year degree required, preferably in business or other related field
  • Minimum three years of experience; preferably in real estate or commercial/telecommunications leasing
  • Minimum two years of experience producing and working with legal documents preferred
  • Advanced Excel competency and proficiency with other MS Office suite products
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting and lease rental and charges activity reporting
  • Strong negotiating skills with experience in property management
  • Strong organizational skills; with attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
  • Ability to prioritize, effectively manage time, and multi-task with limited supervision and under firm deadlines
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable landlord relationships that protect lease rights, and revenue continuity
  • Execute renewals, site analysis and decommission of naked sites, extensions, amendments, consents, easements, and non‑negotiable approvals
  • Administrate high-volume property management tasks in accordance with defined time frames
  • Navigate approval workflows associated with landlords
  • Serve as a centralized coordination point across Leasing, Legal, Accounting, Development, and Operations
  • Coordinates with Accounting to ensure timely rent payments, reimbursements and reconciliations
  • Maintain strong working relationships with agency contacts, aggregators, and third‑party representatives
  • Own document flow, execution tracking, and follow‑up
  • Proactively resolve landlord issues and escalations with minimal supervision
  • Analyze lease terms and financial impact to support amendment strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, Site Tracker, and document management systems
  • Coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely rent payments, reimbursements and reconciliations
  • Any other matter deemed necessary by supervisor to comply with the functions of the role
