Together, we build affordable housing and inclusive communities that transform lives. The Asset Manager will review, approve, and monitor annual property management budgets. Identify and manage properties on the watch list/critical list. Manage construction draws on small scale capital improvement projects for properties in assigned portfolio. Create and update asset business plans focused on identifying and mitigating property related risk. Manage capital needs assessments and develop capital plans. Pay: $95,000-110,000 annually, dependent on experience. This is a hybrid position, with approximately one day per week expected in office.
