About The Position
The Asset Manager, Transactions position at Enterprise is crucial for supporting the execution of transactions that enhance the performance of the Real Estate Equity (REE) portfolio. This role involves conducting in-depth post-closing analysis for refinancing, partnership restructures, follow-on investments, and dispositions. The Asset Manager will also oversee the quarterly cash distribution process and collaborate with the Asset Management team to improve resources for transaction and portfolio analysis.
