CGI is seeking a junior functional resource to support general operations and maintenance support for the asset management system at a government agency. The resource will be a member of the functional team and assist the organization through activities including end user support and training, general help desk operations, yearly asset inventory support, problem identification and troubleshooting, release management, as-is and to-be process definition, detailed design creation for existing and future business process, process re-engineering, data conversion, and testing.
