About The Position
Responsible for working tickets, setting up workstations, documentation, assisting with moves, and other duties as needed. Gather existing City inventory and mapping documents Audit/evaluate all City assets Develop a detailed city building map specifying the current location of assets within each building. Reconcile discrepancies Update asset inventory in ServiceNow Determine high-priority hardware needs for immediate deployment Identify all assets, reconcile with records, and provide final asset list to incoming contractor
