About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to support a Life Science client located in Foster City, CA. The Asset Management Specialist responsible for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) administration, i ncluding but not limited to, asset induction and management of asset lifecycle activities, creation of job plans and preventive maintenance/calibration schedule, work order issuance and report generation as instructed by the client . The CMMS Admin works closely with Facilities Team to include the Maintenance Supervisors, Planners, and the Engineering group to maintain the plant’s asset master data in Maximo and / or SAP including the Preventative Maintenance program. What You'll Do Support Asset Management administration and p rovide customer support for asset induction and lifecycle management in CMMS Manage PM and calibration schedules, job plans, and work orders in CMMS Handle GMP and non-GMP assets (buildings, systems, equipment, instruments) Assist facility specialists with documentation and implementation tasks Help prepare and maintain operations and maintenance plans Perform system tasks like reporting, data analysis, and transactions Contribute to team initiatives (e.g., testing, work instructions, updates) and s upport drafting of process documents, flows, and status reports Identify issues and propose solutions within set processes Apply technical knowledge to perform basic analysis and tasks Assist during audits/inspections by providing necessary documentation. What You Bring 2+ years' experience in CMMS data support, operations, or customer service. Experience with Maximo is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Able to prioritize and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio). Requirements

2+ years' experience in CMMS data support, operations, or customer service.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
