OUR IMPACT The Operations division is a dynamic, multi-faceted organization that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow. REGULATORY MIDDLE OFFICE OPERATIONS We are a globally located team that exists to ensure that the firm fulfils a wide range of non-financial regulatory reporting obligations. The Regulatory Middle Office Operations (RMO) team in Dallas is responsible for overseeing and managing the Asset Management Division’s regulatory reporting, filings, and regulatory trade surveillance in the US region. RMO serves as the primary regulatory interface for internal and external business. The team is focused on effective regulatory risk management and scalability, ensuring the accuracy, precision and timeliness of regulatory reporting and audit project management. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL Responsibilities include the following: Design and implementation of automated solutions to solve complex regulatory reporting challenges, including usage of AI and Business Intelligence tools (eg Alteryx). Provide leadership to the team ensuring accurate and timely completion of regulatory reporting & monitoring BAU processes and effective change management. Oversee coordination of regulatory reconciliations and reporting to ensure data accuracy for reportable transactions under the Investment Adviser Act of 1940. Manage regulatory audits, coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders and businesses. Perform surveillance to monitor for potential regulatory position limit breaches set forth by regulators and exchanges and effectively communicate potential breaches to trading desks and other internal business partners. Provide effective and expert thought leadership in navigating an evolving regulatory landscape, designing innovative solutions to track and manage regulatory changes. Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement strategies for supporting new instruments and new business opportunities, navigating the regulatory environment to achieve commercial outcomes. Holistic ownership and understanding of Regulatory Reporting requirements.
