About The Position

The Manager performs a variety of fiscal and quality assurance support functions within the area of Asset Management, which requires a sound knowledge of accounting and personal property asset management principles and theory. Position is responsible for 'best-in-class' personal property asset management practices. Requires experience and competency in personal property management, process improvement, productivity improvement, cost-reduction methodologies, and development of cohesive teams. The Manager trains Asset Management Technicians on developed practices in Asset Management and creates appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and validate successes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in accounting, materials management, or project/program management preferred.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fixed asset accounting, materials management, or proven project/program management within a complex healthcare organization is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 55001 is a plus.
• High level of proficiency in problem-solving and implementing new programs.
• Proficient in database software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Premier and/or Inventory software systems.
