About The Position

As an Asset Management Program Associate - Global Liquidity (Internal Client Advisor) you will be responsible for partnering with 2-3 Client Advisors to manage existing client relationships and proactively engage prospects to market JPMorgan Global Liquidity products and services. This role requires earning regulatory licenses and working closely with external salespersons to drive positive sales results. Key objectives include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, delivering value-added tools and market insights, and ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements. Successful candidates should demonstrate proven results in client relationship management, cross-selling, and prospecting, with a strong drive for achievement and excellence.

  • Ability to learn and use industry/product knowledge by understanding client needs, the competition, and the marketplace.
  • Capacity to build relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of fixed income investment products.
  • Bachelor degree required.
  • 2+ years' financial services experience preferred and/or directly related sales experience.
  • Licenses: Series 7, 63 and SIE.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with 2-3 Client Advisors, covering their defined territories.
  • Assist with managing existing client relationships and proactively call on prospects.
  • Market JPMorgan Global Liquidity products and services.
  • Accountability to an external salesperson covering their corresponding region.
  • Drive positive sales results.
  • Earn regulatory licenses (Series SIE, 7, 63 & 3).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients/prospects.
  • Assist with territory management.
  • Identify, pursue and close cross-sell opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships by responding to inquiries and providing ongoing communication/updates.
  • Develop a comprehensive view of client business and investment requirements.
  • Deliver value-add tools/support, product information/updates, and access to market insights to key clients.
  • Coordinate with the Client Service Team to ensure proper onboarding and execution of KYC / AML requirements.
  • Ensure cross-team cooperation by identifying and promoting best practices.
  • Work closely with Client Advisors and the broader Global Sales team.
  • Develop and strengthen internal relationships with bank partners, JPMAM Portfolio Managers, Investment Specialists, Client Advisors, and Client Service/Operations.
