About The Position
The Asset Management Analyst reports directly to the Asset Manager as part of the Global Technical Operations team. This position gathers, analyzes, and summarizes data on the global Data Centers to understand the profile of each building as it relates to client mix, lease types and terms, operational costs driven by equipment deployment and chosen vendors, along with property value driven by market factors and leasing. This position will work closely with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to understand current activity and compile analyses to support strategic decisions during the life of the asset. These analyses may support repair or replace decisions for critical equipment and hold or sell decisions for the Data Center asset.
