About The Position

ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST Duties and Responsibilities Will report to the COO Analyze past and current operational & financial data and performance Responsible for preparing reports and projections based on analysis Evaluate current capital expenditures Identifying trends in operating & financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement Coordinating with other members of the team to review information and problem solve Financial models and forecasting Explore investment opportunities (preliminary modelling & due diligence, presentations, etc.) Assist with due diligence of new acquisitions, financial planning, reporting, analysis and projections Other ad hoc duties as assigned EOE/DFWP Elandis is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

• Proficient with Excel
• Must understand P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow individually, and how they interact together
• Analytical and financial modeling skills
• Strategic thinking
• Presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management and organizational ability
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
• Ability to travel frequently
• Proficient with Yardi property management software

Responsibilities
