Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • PC literacy in a Microsoft Office environment (Largely Excel & PowerPoint), experience with an ERP system is preferred
  • Proven, effective skills of networking, negotiation, communication and influencing without authority in all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to visualize, gather information, analyze, articulate analysis, and make predictions based upon data analysis
  • Proficient at maintaining focus and driving multiple tasks at the same time while working effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful track record in coordinating asset movement

Responsibilities

  • Optimize fleet utilization and manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, capitalization, and disposal with intent to improve fleet management processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed assets, including reconciliation of physical asset counts and updating asset records
  • Strong interest or demonstrated ability to integrate/utilize Artificial Intelligence into existing systems to drive efficiencies in data mining and analysis.
  • Support Area logistics on fleet equipment moves, investments and divestments
  • Monitor and report Area and National progress on directed fleet decisions and address non-compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and procurement, to align and accurately track assets
  • Maintain high visibility of fleet status, including utilization by set size, equipment under repair or inspection, turnaround timelines, and rehires
