About The Position
The Asset Management Analyst role at the Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) is designed to support the Asset Management team in protecting the value of the collateral for CPC's serviced multi-family loan portfolio. The position involves identifying and mitigating various risks impacting the properties, as well as assisting with day-to-day risk management activities. The analyst will work closely with borrowers, guarantors, and various stakeholders to ensure the preservation of multi-family housing financed by mortgage loans.
