About The Position

The Mosaic Company is seeking an Asset Integrity Electrical Engineer to provide technical expertise and leadership in implementing and executing asset integrity strategies at one of its operating sites in North America. This position is crucial for ensuring the reliability of electrical infrastructure equipment, which includes protection and controls across a range of voltages from 480/600V to high voltage levels up to 230kV. The role involves working closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability teams to monitor asset reliability results and address any issues that may hinder reliability. The engineer will focus on long-term asset health, sustaining gains, and delivering value to meet overall site operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electrical engineering, particularly in asset integrity and reliability.
• Knowledge of electrical infrastructure equipment and controls.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in phosphate or potash mining operations.
• Familiarity with high voltage systems and standby generation.
• Professional engineering license (PE) preferred.
