Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Fixed Asset accounting experience.
• Works toward obtaining additional appropriate certifications.

Nice To Haves

• ERP system functional experience, Sage Intacct preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field accounting, consulting, or business management.
• Training, support or consulting advisory experience.
• Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise.
• Self-starter who can work self-directed.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature.
• Link client requirements to standard solutions and service offerings with guidance from senior team members.
• Oversee smaller segments of work assigned by project managers or other senior team members.
• Thoroughly document work with clear explanations to illustrate understanding of concepts.
• Inform project team leaders of cost, quality and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement.
• Monitor own time and budget on projects and communicate overages and availability in advance.
• Keep current on technical and functional issues and apply them to client circumstances.
• Mentor Consultant I’s in their development into Consultant II’s.
• Support the sales process by being aware of sales opportunities for add-ons and escalating information when needed.
