Assist with the disposal of surplus/retiring railcars in a timely manner that optimizes cash recovery, while efficiently salvaging X-material to the greatest extent practical. Ensures disposition of both general scrap and excess/obsolete material at TTX car repair locations without negatively affecting field operations. Responsible for the disposition of surplus and retired assets held by the FMO organization.
