About The Position

The Asset Developer for Dealer Training & Productivity at Ford Motor Company is responsible for creating high-quality digital assets and product reference guides to support dealer training programs. This role focuses on collaborating with various stakeholders to develop engaging content that enhances the learning experience for dealers and customers, ultimately improving business metrics and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3+ years' experience in building and managing digital assets
• 1+ years' experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in creative writing, English, Journalism, or Marketing
• 1+ years' experience in automotive product asset creation
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• A creative ‘outside the box' mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across the organization to create job aids, how-to guides, and one-sheet overviews.
• Collaborate with designers to bring written content to life.
• Support the development of assets that align with desired skills and proficiencies.
• Reimagine learning methods for vehicles, products, and services.
