About The Position

Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented Asset Data Operator to support operations at USAFA. This role involves managing service documentation, verifying time records, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining organized files. You'll help ensure smooth communication, accurate reporting, and efficient support for base operations. Your precision and dedication will make a real impact.. Typical duties include but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in data processing or administrative support
  • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances
  • A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
  • Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative, such as a U.S. passport or military ID, in accordance with the REAL ID Act.
  • A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facilities maintenance or government contracting environment preferred
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, TMA, eMaint) strongly preferred
  • CMMS or Maximo system training certification preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in database entry, document management, and time tracking systems
  • Effective communicator across written, verbal, and digital channels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Open and manage work orders in the CMMS (e.g., Maximo) based on incoming job packets; compile service documentation for equipment and vehicles
  • Verify labor hours against attendance records; investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate service data
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely retrieval of records for audits, reporting, and customer requests
  • Monitor and update equipment status reports; communicate service timelines and completion details with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support including responding to emails, phone calls, and walk-ins; assist supervisors with reports and documentation
  • Coordinate inventory and distribution of service forms; represent the organization professionally in communications with USAFA personnel and external agencies
