About The Position

Delivers Results: Sets high standards and achieves performance objectives by creating a clear path toward ethical and sustainable results Support new asset-based deal opportunities with an analysis of capital structure, borrowing base, credit profile, market comparables, and industry research Develop targeted prospecting lists; join Senior Transactors in client and prospect meetings to develop and sustain enduring relationships Assist in the creation of pitch materials; screen opportunities; propose appropriate structures; work alongside Underwriting to green light transactions; draft and negotiate term sheets with clients (interfacing with legal counsel); work with underwriting partners to help shepherd internal approvals; negotiate legal documentation and manage an efficient closing process

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Asset Based Finance
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong financial, analytic, and credit skills
• Experience in working with complex capital structures
• Team player, able to facilitate strong partnerships
• Excellent written and presentation skills
