Job Overview: Our Specialty Finance investment team is in search of an Asset Backed Research Analyst to help maximize the performance of our Asset Backed Investment capabilities. The primary focus of the role is to establish, document, and communicate credit and fundamental views that drive alpha at the subsector and security level for Lord Abbett’s Fixed Income franchise. The Analyst is responsible for industry and position surveillance, structural and collateral analysis, and relative value assessments. This role provides an opportunity to interact across multiple investment teams in a highly flat and dynamic organization. This role is based in our Jersey City, New Jersey office and reports to a Portfolio Manager (Specialty Finance).
