About The Position
The Asset Backed Finance, Vice President - Structurer will be responsible for working with rating agencies to structure and efficiently capitalize private investments. This role involves maintaining ongoing dialogue with rating agencies to remain informed of current rating agency criteria and any methodology changes. The candidate will demonstrate a willingness to explore new asset classes and think creatively about potential novel structures. Additionally, the role requires ensuring that legal documentation and trustee reporting accurately reflects agreed upon deal terms, working with internal constituents, including tax, legal, and accounting, to incorporate feedback into investment structures, and collaborating with the analytics team to develop and maintain cash flow models on an ongoing basis for private transactions.
