Join Monash University as an Assessment Timetabling Coordinator and play an important role in supporting the delivery of assessment scheduling across a global academic environment. Working within Online Assessment and Integrity Services (OASIS), you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure accurate, timely and well-organised exam timetables across multiple teaching periods and campuses. This position will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of assessment timetables, ensuring accurate data entry and calendar management within key systems. You will support operational planning through contributions to meetings and working groups, while delivering high-quality administrative coordination for scheduling processes. The role also involves routine data analysis and reporting, providing practical advice to staff, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively across faculties and central teams, you will help ensure assessment scheduling aligns with university policies, timelines and service standards.
