About The Position

Assessment Counselor $7,000 Sign On Bonus! Bachelor's degree (LSW or RN required) or Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with licensure. Shift: 12-hour shifts Full Time, Part Time, and PRN (Full Time: 3 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend rotation) Days and Nights Hours: 7a-7p or 7p-7a The Role Itself Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers and updates treatment team on clinical information. Participates in treatment planning, including psychosocial assessments. Provides resource information and "warm-referrals" to community providers for engagement. Completes thorough, timely documentation in compliance with standards. Demonstrates crisis intervention skills and upholds confidentiality. Completes the admission process, including verification of benefits and necessary authorizations. Requirements

Bachelor's degree (LSW or RN required) or Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with licensure.
